Wellness includes so much more than physical wellness. It also includes: social connection, stress management, sleep, financial stability, and establishing meaning and purpose in your life. We will help you identify those areas that are holding you back and give you the support and accountability you need to stay focused on your plan.

Our role as a wellness coach is to partner with you to help you create lasting changes. We believe you are the expert in your own life. Our job is to guide you in discovering what it is that you value and what you desire to change. We will provide guidance in the areas of self-discovery, goal setting, and accountability. Through this self-directed program you will receive continual support as you implement the changes that will enhance your well-being.

You will have the opportunity to meet with a wellness coach and discuss your personal goals and challenges. You’ll learn more about how wellness coaching works and how we can help you attain a happier, healthier, and more balanced life.
In our wellness coaching sessions we will:
Review your Lifestyle and Health-History Questionnaire
Explore areas of your life you would like to focus on
Create simple goals to help you get started
Form an accountability plan
Identify potential barriers, and explore strategies in facing setbacks
Find ways for you to stay motivated and create lasting change
Weekly email check-ins to provide you continuous support, motivation, and accountability. This includes but is not limited to: nutrition, weight management, exercise, stress management, time management, and sleep.
$60 a session
When I started Wellness Coaching my intention was to lose 20 lbs by my 40th birthday which was five months away. Dropping weight in a short amount of time was easy in my 30’s but every time I tried to restrict my eating or out exercise my diet, I couldn’t stick with it. I was hoping wellness coaching was going to give me the accountability I needed for fast weight loss. Instead, wellness coaching changed my perspective. Talking to my coach helped me see I had unrealistic expectations for myself and there was an easier and softer way to live. We worked together to figure out what was working and what wasn’t working for me. She tailored goals specific to my wants and needs and we put an action plan together to get me closer to my vision. Now I make better choices regarding my schedule and what I am willing to take on. I delegate more in the areas I struggled with before. And I have changed my exercise routine so it’s more convenient and consistent. I’ve finally found a way to live that allows me to adjust to the ebb and flow of life. As a result, I have been able to reach my goals and maintain a healthier lifestyle where I look better and feel better.
