Balance Training For Improved Fitness and Injury Prevention

Balance is a key component of fitness and it is often overlooked. As we age, we need to improve our balance in order to continue doing the things we like to do. Having better balance makes it easier to move and it helps to prevent injury. Older adults and those at risk for falling should train balance at least three times a week. Balance is something you can work on everyday, but if you wish to save time you can incorporate balance into your regular exercise routine. Here is a challenging balance routine that you can do in place of your workout.
