PERSONAL TRAINING POLICIES

 

PACKAGE EXPIRATION/REFUND POLICY:

 

All personal training sessions must be pre-paid.  Individuals participating in personal training must complete all personal training sessions by the expiration date of the training package. All packages are non-refundable.

 

4 Session Package expires 5 weeks from date of purchase 

8 Session Package expires 9 weeks weeks from date of purchase

12 Session Package expires 10 weeks from date of purchase

 

RESCHEDULING/CANCELLATIONS:

 

We value our clients and want the best for you.  We understand that sometimes life gets in the way of your best intentions.  While your program will be most successful if your attendance is consistent, if you need to reschedule an appointment we will do our best to accommodate you.  If your request is made less than 24 hoursprior to the appointment, you will be charged for the appointment at the applicable hourly rate. 

 

A request to reschedule/cancel an appointment must be made by email to your instructor or by emailing or calling Beyond Barriers Personal Training.  We will confirm receipt of such email messages or phone calls.  Excessive rescheduling/cancellations, regardless of the notice time, will be discussed with you and the fee structure will be adjusted accordingly.

 

TRAINER ABSENCE AND SCHEDULING: 

 

In the event that a trainer is absent due to illness, travel, resignation, termination, etc.  Another trainer will be assigned to work with you.  

 

 

TARDINESS POLICY:

 

Clients are expected to begin their training session at the start time of the scheduled appointment.  A late start time does not entitle a client to a session longer than the scheduled appointment.  Our watch is the official time keeping unit.  We will wait fifteen minutes beginning at scheduled start time.  After 15 minutes, it will be considered a no-show and the client will forfeit that session and be charged at the applicable hourly rate.

 

 

 

GROUP TRAINING POLICIES

 

BILLING:

Group training sessions must be pre-paid by purchasing the passes online before you may attend.  

 

 EXPIRATION/REFUND POLICY:

Individuals participating in group training must complete the designated number of sessions purchased prior to expiration.  Once your package expires there is no carryover for sessions remaining.  All packages are non-refundable.  Sharing of packages is not permitted.  Payments collected for group training may not be used toward private training sessions. 

 

SIGN-UP:

Here at Beyond Barriers we value our clients and we want to give you our best.  Please help us plan for your workouts by letting us know when you are coming. We ask that you sign-up at least 2 hoursbefore start time and by 8:00pm the previous night for 5:30am sessions.  If you are unable to attend a session and would like to receive a recording, sign up as usual and your instructor will email you a recording within six hours of the session time.  

 

CANCELLATIONS:

We require 2 hours notice when cancelling and we require you cancel by 8:00pm the previous night for early morning sessions. Cancellations within the 2-hour window or no shows will result in one deduction from your package and a recording of the session will be sent to you via email.  To cancel a reservation, simply return to the schedule and take your name off the schedule.  If you are unable to reach a computer in time, you may call or email to let us know.

 

TARDINESS:

All individuals are expected to arrive to the session on time.  It is important that you do not miss the warm-up in order to prevent injury.

 

GROUP TRAINING CANCELLATIONS:

Group Training and assigned instructors are subject to change.  All group trainings cancelled on behalf of the studio will be posted on the Mind Body Schedule.  If you are pre-registered for a class that is cancelled you will receive notification via email of the class cancellation.  If you are pre-registered for a class and the instructor cancels within 12 hours of start time.  You will be credited a class for the inconvenience. 

 

SMALL GROUP PERSONAL TRAINING

 

EXPIRATION/REFUND POLICY:

Individuals participating in small group training must complete the designated number of sessions purchased prior to expiration.  Once your  package expires there is no carryover for sessions remaining.  All packages are non-refundable 

 

SIGN-UP:

In order to give you the personal attention your program requires we need time to plan your workout program.  Please let us know 24 hours in advance when you are coming. 

 

CANCELLATIONS:

We require 24 hours notice when cancelling a session.  Cancellations within the 24 hour window or no shows will result in a one session deducted from your package.  To cancel a reservation simply return to the small group schedule and take your name off the schedule.  If you are unable to reach a computer in time you may call or email to let us know.

 

TARDINESS:

Arriving late will affect others in your small group and may interfere with the instructors plan for the session.  All individuals are expected to arrive to the session on time.  If there is excessive tardiness you may be asked to attend another session time or allow us to give your spot to someone else.  

 

WAITLIST:

Small group sizes are limited for quality instruction and safety. If a small group session is full upon sign-up you may add yourself to the waitlist.  You will be notified by email if the spot becomes available.

 

Please be considerate to others who may be on the waitlist.  If you have missed your 24 hour window and do not plan to attend class we encourage you to cancel anyway so others may take your spot from the waitlist.
