The picture on the left was taken the summer of 2016 and the one on the right is me a year later. I started this journey from the bottom and had very little motivation. My diet was all over the place. I was drinking all the time… and eating trash. I had basically stopped caring about what I was doing to my body. I started going to the gym about a year ago and it's really helped me get my life back on track. It wasn't easy at first but the small achievable goals I made plus my fantastic support system helped me get to where I am today. I didn't take any diet pills, shakes or do any crazy diets. I just educated myself on healthy eating and I trained hard. I can’t tell you how much I weigh and I haven't stepped on a scale in years. I always took the easy way out and wanted to be fit but didn't want to put the work in. I made every excuse why I couldn't be fit but when push came to shove I needed a change and realized I was the only one who could make that change. It's simple…commit and don't give up. I'm saying if I can do this, ANYONE can. Start today...don't wait until tomorrow…it will never come. You have to start now!
