How it works

You do not need to be technologically savvy to try our online personal training sessions. It is our job to help you get set up. All you need is a computer, iPad, or tablet with a built in camera.  We will send a link to your email address through Zoom Web Conferencing.  It's as simple as clicking on the link to get connected with your trainer.  You can expect your first session to include a consultation around your fitness goals, a movement assessment to help us determine the right program for you, and an exercise plan to help you get started.

No Equipment? No Problem! We can create a variety of programs centered around body weight exercises.
