Working one-on-one with our expert trainers you will receive the instruction and guidance you need to reach your personal health and fitness goals.  Our personal trainers have the knowledge, and the skills to design safe and effective fitness programs.  They will take the time to get to know you and work with you on setting goals and measuring progress.  Our trainers will also keep you motivated with various exercises and techniques to make your workouts both fun and effective.

Small Group Personal Training

If you would like to reap the benefits of personal training at a lower cost, small group personal training would be the best option for you.  You have the option to join one of our existing small group times or gather your friends and family to form a small group time that works best for you.

How it works

You do not need to be technologically savvy to try our online personal training sessions. It is our job to help you get set up. All you need is a computer, iPad, or tablet with a built in camera.  We will send a link to your email address through Zoom Web Conferencing.  It's as simple as clicking on the link to get connected with your trainer.  You can expect your first session to include a consultation around your fitness goals, a movement and postural assessment to help us determine the right program for you, and an exercise plan to help you get started.

No Equipment? No Problem! We can create a variety of programs centered around body weight exercises.
