For those that do not wish to start their personal training session in a crowded gym where everyone is watching, my training is perfect for you. You can train comfortably and free of distraction in my private studio.

If that doesn’t fit into your schedule, I can come to your home or office.

My training is also a great way to connect with friends. You can have fun and split the cost of a private session.

Private Training Session (1 hour)
